In 2006, Justin Martin and his brother, Kip Speigner, started
M & S Construction and
M & S Development to build both beautiful communities and attractive homes. Kip passed away in 2009 and Justin has carried on the legacy of quality construction to this day. A graduate of Auburn University, Justin shines in his ability to provide quality, gorgeous homes while maintaining a smooth flow of construction progress and customer service to the homebuyer.
